Manual bending machine
The machine is asymmetric 3-roller mechanical and asymmetric type. Manual rolling machine, used for thin metal plate rolling; min rolling diameter 100 mm. The roller adopts high strength and high life solid bearing roller with long time and small deformation. The driving gear adopts forging high carbon steel, high hardness and strong wear-resisting property. The whole machine adopts integral steel plate welding, thick and beautiful, the stability is good. Simple operation, single person can work independently. The machine is cheaper than the traditional and has long performance life. Upper roll is driven by motor by means of reducer. And lower roll is moved vertically while the side roll is moved upper and down at an angle. It is capable of round rolling and pre-bending. With grooves wire bending wires. It is easy for operation and maintenance.
