1.Pittsburgh Locking Machine

It is a machine of multi-function, it can complete Pittsburgh lock, single lock, standing lock, C shape cleat and elbow lock forming. Our Pittsburgh lock machine adopts the pressure bearings which can effectively avoid the side panel wear, thus prolong the working life. All the rolling wheels of our high grade Pittsburgh lock machines use Gcr15 steel, gear material is 20CrMnTi for good wear resistance, with reducer to increase the output torque so the machine work smoothly and quietly.  

2.    Heavy duty Pittsburgh Lock machine

This is a super power duct Pittsburgh lock machine. It is mainly used to process steel plate with 1-2mm thickness and stainless steel plate with 1.2mm thickness. It is usually used for large-scale duct project of chemical project system and underground tunnels.

3.    High Speed Pittsburgh Lock Machine

The machine also can produce different types of Pittsburgh locks by use different kind of rollers. The working speed is 18m/min. Roll wheels use Gcr15 material, gear material is 20CrMnTi. The machine is suitable for large-scale production.
